Descripción: Tras el lanzamiento de "Time" no se pudo parar la tendencia de componer canciones de forma frenética, llevaban esperando demasiado tiempo.
Aunque el número de canciones candidatas fueron más del doble de las que se publicaron finalmente, todavía se incluyó algún título del grupo "BeatIn" como es el gran hit "Go Away", compuesto a finales de los 80, pero retocado para esta grabación sobre todo en su parte final.
"700 veces" es un disco que supone una transición hacia un rock algo más suave y hacia el power pop del grupo LATE. Incluye títulos cantados en castellano, reconociendo la necesidad de alcanzar más libertad en las expresiones y en los mensajes de las composiciones.
Ajustar este estilo de música a nuestra lengua fue todo un reto que, sin embargo, no modificó el estilo vocal que se mantuvo intacto con las melodías y armonías clásicas que tanto caracterizaron el primer disco de LATE.
Este disco supone un golpe de aire fresco en un panorama musical repleto de música sin alma y que tiene el único afán de ser comercial.
"700 veces" surge de un estilo y una semántica musical sin otra pretensión que hacer música con raíces profundas.
